Families needed a simpler way to start
Looking for care for an older parent can feel heavy. Many families are trying to help while also working, raising children, or managing life in a new country. Even knowing where to begin can be stressful.
We created Everwell Geriatrics because too many people were left sorting through confusing information on their own. Some families were not sure what geriatric care meant. Others did not know which clinics in their area cared for older adults, or how to make that first call.
Our goal is simple. We help you find and connect with geriatric care clinics near you, at no cost to your family.
Why geriatric care can be hard to find
Geriatric care is medical care for older adults. But the names, clinic types, and services can vary by state and community. A family may see different terms online and still not know which office is the right place to contact.
Language can also be a barrier. If English is not your first language, or if your parent feels more comfortable speaking another language, it can be much harder to compare options and ask questions with confidence.
That is why we focus on clarity. We share general educational information about geriatric care, and we help families take the next step by finding clinics nearby.
What we do, and what we do not do
Everwell Geriatrics is a free matching and guidance service. We are not a doctor, clinic, hospital, or insurance agency. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or treatment decisions.
We help you find a geriatric care clinic and connect with offices that may fit your needs. Care decisions stay between your family, the older adult, and a licensed clinician.
We are also not affiliated with Medicare, any health plan, or any government agency. If you have questions about cost or coverage, ask the clinic directly.
If you want to see the steps, visit How it works.
Why our service is free
Families should not have to pay just to understand where to turn. We believe the first step toward care should be easier, especially during a stressful time.
Our role is to guide, explain the process in plain words, and help you connect with a clinic near you. We keep the process simple and respectful.
When you get matched, we ask for contact details and a short description of the kind of help you are looking for. We do not ask you to send medical history, diagnoses, medication lists, or insurance account numbers through our form.
Who we hope to help
We built this service for any family in the US trying to help an older loved one find the right kind of care. We especially want to support people who are new to the country, helping a parent from a distance, or more comfortable in a language other than English.
You do not need to know every medical term before reaching out. You do not need to have everything figured out. If you are trying to find geriatric care for an older adult, we are here to help you take the next step with more confidence.
We cannot promise a specific outcome, and we cannot say which clinic is best for your family. But we can help you start the search in a calmer, clearer way.
