What Everwell Geriatrics is
Everwell Geriatrics is a free service that helps people in the US find and connect with geriatric care clinics near them. We are here to make the search clearer and less overwhelming for families, especially those who are new to the system or more comfortable in plain, simple English.
We are not a doctor, clinic, hospital, medical practice, or emergency service. We do not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage anyone's care. We help you find a clinic, and then the clinic can explain its own services, availability, costs, and next steps.
We do not give medical advice
The information on this website is general and educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site should replace care from a licensed clinician who knows the older adult's health needs.
If you have questions about symptoms, medications, safety, memory changes, falls, or what care may be appropriate, please talk to a licensed clinician. If there is an emergency or someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or seek emergency care right away.
We are a matching and guidance service only
Our role is limited. We help you find and connect with a geriatric care clinic based on the contact details you choose to share and a short description of the kind of help you are looking for.
We do not make care decisions for your family. We do not approve, supervise, or control the medical care a clinic provides. Any care decision, diagnosis, treatment plan, or follow-up stays between the family, the older adult, and a licensed clinician.
We also cannot promise that a clinic has openings, accept a new patient, offer a specific service, speak a certain language, or be the right fit for every family. Clinic types and local resources vary by state and community.
What we collect, and what we do not ask for
To help connect you with a clinic, we collect basic contact details and a short care description. This may include your name, phone number, email, location, and a brief note about the kind of support you are seeking.
We do not ask you to submit full medical history, diagnoses, medication lists, or insurance account numbers through this website. Please do not send detailed private medical records through our forms.
To learn more about how information is handled, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms. If anything is unclear, you can also contact us.
We are not affiliated with Medicare or any plan
Everwell Geriatrics is not affiliated with Medicare, any Medicare plan, any insurance company, or any government agency. We do not enroll people in Medicare, insurance coverage, or health plans.
If you connect with a clinic, you can ask that clinic directly about costs, billing, and what coverage they accept. Those details are set by the clinic and may differ by location and service.
No guarantees or promises of outcomes
We cannot promise medical results, availability, appointment timing, or that a clinic will be suitable for every person. Every older adult has different needs, and decisions about care should be made carefully with a licensed clinician.
We work to make the process easier to understand, but we do not guarantee outcomes. Families should always ask questions, confirm details directly with the clinic, and make the choice that feels right for their situation.
