What we do and do not do
We help you find and connect with a geriatric care clinic. To do that, we may ask for your contact details and a short description of the kind of care help you want.
We do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, medications, or insurance account numbers. We also do not enroll anyone in Medicare or any plan, and we are not affiliated with Medicare or any other health plan.
Programs and clinic types vary by state and community. We can help you explore options, but we cannot guarantee that a clinic is available, accepts your loved one, or is the right fit.
Your responsibilities
Please give honest, accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for your own care search or for helping a family member with permission where possible.
Do not try to interfere with the site, misuse our forms, or send harmful, unlawful, or abusive content. If we believe a message is unsafe or not appropriate for our service, we may choose not to respond.
If you need immediate medical help or an emergency response, call local emergency services right away. Everwell Geriatrics is not for emergencies.

When we connect you with a clinic, that clinic is separate from Everwell Geriatrics. Their staff make their own decisions about care, availability, scheduling, fees, and next steps.
